We were moved over to AAG when our former supplier sold their ongoing business to them. We were happy with the move, as AAG immediately put us at ease in regards to understanding our business and our needs.
They’re very responsive, both to our day-to-day issues and in identifying broader improvements to our IT. We really appreciate the regular liaison meetings and the added value of webinars and training resources.
We moved across to AAG right before the pandemic, but straight away they rolled up their sleeves to make sure the sudden move to 100% home working was as smooth as possible. We’ve also beefed up our IT security following AAG’s recommendations.

We have worked with AAG for many years now. Things run very smoothly and we rarely need to contact them. But when issues do arise, we have always found the team to be responsive and prompt at dealing with any issues that flag up. (I’m sure most of which are user error!)

What attracted ACS to AAG was a joint venture to have support on site for our internal users but also to help with the growth of ACS. We have seen a dramatic difference with our internal systems and the way we work with our software packages thanks to AAG. When I look for a technology partner, they have to understand ACS as a business and AAG were more than happy to learn about us as a business before starting any contract.
Over the years that we have worked with AAG, we have implemented a large amount of changes to benefit our business From Office 365 to shared work spaces which could not have been done without the help of AAG and the way they walked us through the processes step by step. I would definitely recommend AAG to our clients and we do on a regular basis, we would not use a company that we are not willing to sell to our end users. ACS would not be where we are today without the help and support of AAG.
We were previously working with an IT company who promised to deliver and didn’t. We weren’t getting what we require on a day to day basis. We made the decision that we needed to look elsewhere. We quickly came to the decision that as AAG are local to us it would be ideal so we could get immediate support and an engineer onsite if that was needed
Since we started working with AAG, the support has been a lot quicker and they have helped us transition from our hardware server to SharePoint. We didn’t know if we would be able to use one of our products on this new systems so AAG worked with our third party to test the product in a new environment, which allowed us to make sure there were no surprises.
The biggest impact that has increased business efficiency would have to be transitioning to Office 365. We saw huge behaviour changes in how people move and store their data. Office 365 has also helped with business communication and general workflows, especially since working remotely.
I would recommend AAG as we have had experiences with other IT service providers in the past and all of the other suppliers have let us down significantly. We also felt that the other providers felt pressure that they had to sell something to us every time that we met. If I could describe AAG in one word it would be ‘reliable’.
IT is absolutely critical to our business. All of our administration work is carried out online and with the cloud. Field based employees communicate wholly with mobile devices: Paper is not used at all. Without IT our business could not function, clients would not receive care, medication instructions may well be missed.
To us, the most important aspect of a technology partner is reliability, sound advice and being there when needed most.
I’ve been a customer of AAG for several years and have always been able to dump my IT issues on them to sort out. The service desk has always been available, helpful, and knowledgeable. As our business has grown, so has our IT requirements which AAG have been able to advise upon.

IT is extremely important to our school. From the moment that we walk into the building (in our breakfast club, registers and teaching) we use IT. Any downtime would stop the school running so it’s really important that we are constantly up and running. Everything is run on IT. AAG came to St Patricks at a perfect time.
We were not happy with the IT company that we were using so when AAG came to see us, we were really impressed. The service desk are so helpful, from the service desk to the onsite support. We don’t feel pressured by AAG to buy anything and everything, they go at our own pace. They work as part of a team which is great for St Patricks.
AAG are fantastic. We have an annual review with AAG to go through what our plans and visions are for the future. We have some idea of where we would like the IT to be but we aren’t the experts so it’s really important to have AAG on board to advise and guide us. Without that expertise we wouldn’t be as successful as we are.
There were many issues with our old IT provider. One that stands out is when they said that IT is ‘reactive, not proactive’. When AAG came in to see us they used that phrase in the opposite way, saying IT is proactive, not reactive. We don’t have any downtime as AAG make sure everything is running smoothly. Half the time they know that something is going down before I do.
AAG supports us with everything relating to our IT. None of the Haus Homes’ team are in the slightest bit technical so it’s vitally important that we have an IT partner we can trust. AAG helped us integrate our different software providers and were also instrumental in recommending other suppliers for services such as our great new phone system. We simply pay a modest monthly amount and they take care of the rest
When we first met with AAG, we explained what we felt we needed as a new start up business. They listened, really understood our vision and aspirations, and came up with a plan for us. They ordered all our hardware and installed and tested it before we opened the doors. They also liaised with our software providers to ensure everything was seamless.

Initially I had various concerns which included possible disruption/loss of productivity that may have occurred during the planned changes, loss of client data, would response times be as promised, and whether the change to a cloud-based system would actually deliver significant operational improvements.
I was very pleased with the way the actual handover took place and the response times to issues as they arose. I was also impressed with how the team understood our needs; they were clearly less bespoke than we thought! I was also really pleased with the allocation of an account manager who has been a great help and is very proactive in her approach.
AAG is a very professional organisation and the team are always prepared to invest time to better understand our needs and concerns. They have been proactive in seeking feedback about how we feel our needs are being met and respond quickly if there are areas of concern. Technically they seem very astute and creative in the solutions they recommend. We would happily recommend AAG as a true IT partner.
We take enquiries via our website – if these are not received immediately the customers would go elsewhere. As with most other businesses we monitor all of our businesses now via IT and are lost when it goes down. It is invaluable having support on the end of the phone whenever there is a problem, hence reducing any down time. AAG are friendly and approachable which is particularly important when IT knowledge is very limited and we aren’t exactly sure what the problem is.
