Job Role: Digital Marketing Executive
Reports to: Head of Sales & Marketing
Overview:
There is an opportunity to join the marketing team at a fast-growing business in the hi-tech sector.
As a digital marketing executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the digital marketing activities of AAG. The digital marketing executive’s role will support lead conversion, brand building, communication, and lead qualification. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimisation of our online marketing efforts by promoting services and communicating value to customers, prospects and leads. Through coordinated marketing campaigns, you will promote the AAG brand and be responsible for building and maintaining an audience. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop a digital marketing plan and will be the key point of contact working closely with external marketing service providers to align the deliver the strategic marketing plan that supports the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and planning of a digital marketing strategy that builds a lasting digital connection with prospects, leads and customers and supports the aims and objectives of our marketing goals.
- Utilise the automation, analytical, lead management and inbound marketing capabilities of HubSpot.
- Plan, Monitor and Report on the ongoing company presence on social media.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.
- Work with the marketing team to plan, launch and optimise online adverts through Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
- Prepare email campaigns, online newsletters, educational and promotional copy and organise their distribution through various channels.
- Work with the Account Management team to design and implement digital marketing campaigns that optimise the opportunity within our existing customer base.
- Produce marketing campaigns that support the work of our new business team.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing.
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
- Conduct market research, to identify audience segments, value propositions and key messages.
- Manage data and ensure legal and GDPR compliance.
- Maintain partnerships with outsourced marketing partners to work together in line with the overall marketing strategy.
- Optimise the opportunity for MDF from strategic suppliers and vendors.
- Execution of campaigns and marketing projects.
- Review website and undertake active management of all online assets.
- Monitor the social media activities of competitors and bring improvement to the activities of the organisation towards gaining more online popularity.

Hours of work
Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm (occasionally overtime may be required to fulfil business needs)
