What is your working background before AAG?
15 years working as a Corporate Foreign Exchange Trader before I started my journey of working for myself. I was then involved in some small-scale property development working with family before I started AAG with my co-founders and business partners Michelle and Andy.

Can you tell us some of the experiences you've had throughout your time at AAG?
I’ve been here from the very start. It has been an amazing journey with many ups down, joys and frustrations. A real learning curve. Seeing AAG grow and evolve into what it is now and the fantastic team we have has been really exciting.
What are your hobbies/what you enjoy doing in your free time?
My newest love is Archie, my springer spaniel who has boundless energy so has taken my love for walking and the outdoors to a new level. I enjoy cooking (for friends and family), reading, travelling (especially with my kids) and now I have my piano back I am going to take lessons to get me back to where I once was.

I was the first female to come through the JPMorgan Graduate Recruitment Programme in London
