When did you join AAG?
August 2016.
What is your working background before AAG?
Prior to working at AAG I worked as a Project Support and Personal Assistant for Sheffield Teaching Hospitals in their IT department.
What is your position at AAG?
I am currently the Operations Director.
Can you tell us some of the experiences you've had throughout your time at AAG?
I started working as a Graduate Sales Consultant. I then progressed into more of a dedicated Account Management role which is where I think I found my niche. Building relationships with clients and being a central point of contact for them was something I really enjoyed. After a couple of years I started to progress into more of a management role; I became part of the Leadership Team and was then in charge of the rest of the sales team. I am now the Operations Director. I really enjoy working with the team at AAG, we work very closely together and are a really supportive team.
What are your hobbies/what you enjoy doing in your free time?
At the minute we are currently renovating our house so my free time is mostly taken up with planning and decorating. I also love to cook and bake.
What is the most interesting thing about you?
I am going to have a baby boy this summer.
What is your proudest moment to date?
Work wise is definitely seeing my team succeed
If you could only have one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
Anything Italian, Pizza or Pasta
