When did you join AAG?
April 2021.
What is your working background before AAG?
I have worked predominantly in manufacturing for the majority of my career. Mainly in Sales and Quotations.
What is your position at AAG?
Customer Service Team Leader
Can you tell us some of the experiences you've had throughout your time at AAG?
I started at AAG as the Service Desk Co-ordinator and have since migrated over to the newly formed Customer Service Team, for which I am the team leader. I really enjoy working with my team and other departments to ensure the customer experience is always the best it can be.
What are your hobbies/what you enjoy doing in your free time?
I am a big reader and aim to read a book at week. Binge watching TV series and going to as many gigs/concerts as possible. Also as many holidays as possible too.
What is the most interesting thing about you?
I am the world best (worst) car singer! 😊
What is your proudest moment to date?
Purchasing my house
