AAG has been working with AEON Financial Services Limited for the last 9 months.  The initial project involved transferring their support from a previous provider and moving all their infrastructure to a hosted environment, including a full Office 365 migration and taking their servers and backup to a cloud solution.  Talking about the process and the experience of working with AAG, Andy Hill, Director of AEON said:

“Initially I had various concerns which included possible disruption/loss of productivity that may have occurred during the planned changes, loss of client data, would response times be as promised, and whether the change to a cloud-based system would actually deliver significant operational improvements.

I was very pleased with the way the actual handover took place and the response times to issues as they arose. I was also impressed with how the team understood our needs; they were clearly less bespoke than we thought! I was also really pleased with the allocation of an account manager who has been a great help and is very proactive in her approach.

A F Fasteners, manufacturer of precision materials for the aerospace industry, has a long standing relationship with AAG spanning over 4 years.  Their support contract gives them access to AAG’s multi-skilled service desk, on-site engineers as required and a dedicated Account Manager and Technical Lead who ensure that the companies’ IT requirements are constantly fit for purpose.  Most recently A F Fasteners went through the transition to take their servers to a cloud hosted environment.  Liz McKay, Finance Controller, said:

“During the initial discussion around moving to a cloud hosted environment I was impressed with the detail in the proposals AAG put forward for the migration and also the project plan.  Both were clear and concise and also gave more than one option within the various sections of the project and a recommendation as to what they felt would work best.  I have also been pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of all aspects of AAG.  From Laura the account manager, to everyone who answers the helpdesk calls and all the engineers.   Everyone is always polite and helpful and we are never made to feel we are asking a stupid question.

I can’t say that we never have issues with our IT systems, because of course things go wrong sometimes and we regularly change things to suit our business, but we have found AAG to be quick to respond to our needs and if there is something urgently required they always do their best to work on it as quickly as possible.  I feel we are also kept updated on ongoing issues, even without asking. I would recommend AAG to other companies because they always do what they say they will do.”

"We were moving to a brand new office and showroom, and knew we needed to update our computers and set up a more efficient network. We had no backup for our data which was a priority for us to sort as we (like every other business!) rely on the information stored on our computers. AAG met with us to understand our current setup and our new office and quickly sorted new desktop computers, laptops, servers and Back Up and Disaster Recovery for us. They also set up a large screen displaying adverts in our showroom, which gets great engagement from our customers."
