How to set up MFA for Outlook on your PC

Open your web browser (either Edge or Chrome)
Browse to Office.com
Click “Sign In”
Log in with your email address and password
You should see the below, click “Next” twice
You should see the below, click “Next”
You should see a QR code, stay on this page and proceed to phone steps

How to set up MFA on your phone

Open your Microsoft Authenticator app
Select the “+” icon in the top right-hand corner
Select “Work or school account”
Select “Scan QR code”
Scan the QR code on your PC
1. Your phone should display a message that the account has been added successfully
On your PC, click “Next”
1. On your PC, you should see something similar to the below
2. On your phone, you should see something like this, enter the number that is Displaying on your PC and press “YES”
Click “Next”
Click “Done”
